About this position

We are looking for a Business Analyst whom experience in IT Solution provider company and used to work in end to end 's process from achieve requirement's from customer till support include with we are seeking for candidate whom adaptable to learn with a new technology that relate in each project.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
• Getting requirement with Key User or Business Owner & Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization ( fit & gap analysis) till summarize requirement.
• Design and confirm functional specification including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc.
• Participation in software product definition include analyze, prioritize and confirm end-to-end processes.
• Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation or enhance efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties as Sa & Dev team, QA, Database and Infrastructure team include briefing related team for scope of work in project.
• Control requirements, Review Technical Requirement and Prepare Training & Materials (Lead)
• Preparation/Execution UAT Phase with Key User
• Preparation/Execution training phase to End User
• Provide supporting after Go-live to user when meet an incident or issue by analyst to find the root cause include of coordinate with Technical Team to solve the issue or incident.
• Supervise and coach subordinate(s).

Requirements

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Major of Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields with GPA not less than 2.75 include with Computer Engineer, IT Engineer, or related field with GPA not less than 2.5.
• At least 3 years experience for Business Analysis & 5 years plus for Senior Business Analyst.
• Background in it field is preferable such as C#, .Net, JAVA, NodeJS, React, etc.
• Strong understand in Business process of Organization especially work experience relate to Oil & Gas business is a plus.
• Strong communication with team include with have a management skill in manage team and relate member on each project.
• Adaptive to learn with a new technology and methodology and Problem-Solving issue both for technical and peoples.
• Having Data analytic skill is a plus.
• Strong command of English both reading and speaking.
• TOEIC required score 550 at least as the minimum specification (must be have a score before sign contract with company).
