About this position

The Quality Assurance position requires ensuring that the Logistic Supervisor's plans and targets are achieved, implementing GMS, recording KPIs, evaluating performance, providing feedback, performing improvements, and making judgments on small or big problems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Logistic Supervisor's plans and targets are achieved
• GMS Implementation
• KPI Record
• Reporting to Supervisor
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback
• Perform Improvement
• Judgement for categorized small or big problem, can solve by self or must judge to Quality Production Team
• Record all daily work of quality check
• Reporting to supervisor, and manager

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering, Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors preferred)
• Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Access) .
• Work experience: At least 2-year operational experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies.
• Can driving and have a license is a point
• Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem solving skills, Good Team work ability.
