About this position

The Group Leader is responsible for overseeing logistics operations, conducting daily briefings, and ensuring team performance while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducting morning Briefings every day
• Responsible for logistics operations in the implementation of 5S, BPD Visualization (Business Plan Deployment) and Safety
• Responsible for Down Time and making report
• Responsible for attendance reports to achieve attendance targets
• Responsible for resolving all issues found after Audit
• Evaluate the performance of Team Leaders and Team Members under the instructions of the Operations Manager
• Handle emergency problems and report to the Manager
• Monitoring the area and ensuring line feeding does not occur Down Time

Requirements

• 5-year work experiences
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have a leadership spirit
• Understand about Warehousing
• Fluent in English
• Strong resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and the ability to complete work independently.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat
