About this position

The 3PL Operation Management Development Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the internal staff assessment and management of the MD department, supervising the operation and technology team, dealing with operational issues, organizing meetings, handling customer complaints, and leading important activities.

Responsibilities

• Internal staff assessment and management of the MD department
• Supervise operation and technology team to fulfill their responsibilities, evaluate performance
• Deal with field operational issues and make improvement plan
• Organize internal & internal regular meetings, summarize problem and give solutions accordingly
• Deal with customer complain, follow up and report
• Inspection and monitor of Operation team
• Lead and Organize of important activities
• Organize new project cost estimation and implementation
• Normal supervision and management of operational
• Important improvement in project implementation

Requirements

• Education background : Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors is a PLUS)
• Language competence : Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Technical ability :Good knowledge with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work experience: At least 5-year operational and improvement experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies
• Experience in operation or Manufacturing / Logistics is a PLUS.
• Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem solving skills, Good Team work ability.
