Over 20 years ago, on March 21, 1988, we started as Paktai Chueplerng Company Limited. Our mission was to operate tank farms and distribute gas for the community, the fishing industry and factories, starting from the south of Thailand. Later, the name was changed to PTG Energy Public Company Limited and our business shifted to provide high quality ready-made gas under the brand PT. From two tank farms, Chumporn Tank Farm in Chumporn Province and Mae Klong Tank Farm in Samut Songkhram Province. We expanded our tank farms to eight locations and more than 700 gas stations around the country.

About this position

The Punthai Marketing Senior Local Store Marketing Team Lead is responsible for supporting and executing local store marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute LSM calendar to deliver same store sales growth and same store target growth.
• Develop and execute effective LSM programs and activity for each store to achieve sales and transaction using both digital media and offline media.
• Work closely with Area & Store Managers to ensure effective execution of LSM activities.
• Support operation team to identify trade zone opportunity by providing LSM manual, POP and local community relation programs.
• Keep good connection with the community of the branches to plan, promote, and execute community events, promotional programs, and local marketing initiatives.
• Develop new store opening programs to execute program effectively.
• Evaluate and analyze LSM program’s results with recommendations and learning.
• Develop and analyze customer database for proper choosing LSM programs to achieve sales and target.
• Coordinate with landlord for joint promotion and other opportunity to improve sales.
• Develop LSM budget plan, keep tracking and control budget.
• Coordinate with cross functional team both internal and external including business partners and suppliers.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in LSM marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the beverage industry.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
