Over 20 years ago, on March 21, 1988, we started as Paktai Chueplerng Company Limited. Our mission was to operate tank farms and distribute gas for the community, the fishing industry and factories, starting from the south of Thailand. Later, the name was changed to PTG Energy Public Company Limited and our business shifted to provide high quality ready-made gas under the brand PT. From two tank farms, Chumporn Tank Farm in Chumporn Province and Mae Klong Tank Farm in Samut Songkhram Province. We expanded our tank farms to eight locations and more than 700 gas stations around the country.

About this position

The Head of Procurement (IT products) is responsible for overseeing the procurement of IT products and services, ensuring effective contract negotiations and supplier alignment with organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement of IT products and service, ensuring that contracts are negotiated effectively and the suppliers meet the organisation's need.
• Drive Cost Saving and Develop sourcing strategies for IT Hardware and Software products and corporate services.
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business outcomes.
• Mitigate supply chain risk & ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in purchasing activities.
• Initiate process improvement for maximizing business efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in indirect procurement or related fields. Preference given to those with experience in the Oil & Gas or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Procurement expertise with IT knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skill and time management.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Full working rights for Thailand only.
