Head of Brand Marketing - Non Beverage, Beverage

Over 20 years ago, on March 21, 1988, we started as Paktai Chueplerng Company Limited. Our mission was to operate tank farms and distribute gas for the community, the fishing industry and factories, starting from the south of Thailand. Later, the name was changed to PTG Energy Public Company Limited and our business shifted to provide high quality ready-made gas under the brand PT. From two tank farms, Chumporn Tank Farm in Chumporn Province and Mae Klong Tank Farm in Samut Songkhram Province. We expanded our tank farms to eight locations and more than 700 gas stations around the country.

About this position

Lead and manage campaigns and brand-building strategies which increase sales, profits and customer engagement. Develop and implement marketing activities and brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results.

Responsibilities

• Perform variety of non-beverage products and marketing activities following brand strategy and plan to ensure goal achievement of the brand.
• Develop high quality and effective marketing materials to align with brand strategy, including setting of style and brand guidelines, as well as brand vision and value proposition.
• Accumulate and analysis marketing information to develop production and marketing strategies and tactics, and ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity.
• Coordinate and assist with product development for a specific product, brand, pricing, and product launches to develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with communication team to develop effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels.
• Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities.
• Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
• Coordinate operation, product development and other teams to implement all marketing tasks.
• Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
• Analyze industry, competition and market trends.
• Sales tracking and prepare reports on brand performance and sales.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of responsible experience. (Retail : Must have)
• Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to conduct customer survey and analyze data.
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have full working rights in Thailand.
