Over 20 years ago, on March 21, 1988, we started as Paktai Chueplerng Company Limited. Our mission was to operate tank farms and distribute gas for the community, the fishing industry and factories, starting from the south of Thailand. Later, the name was changed to PTG Energy Public Company Limited and our business shifted to provide high quality ready-made gas under the brand PT. From two tank farms, Chumporn Tank Farm in Chumporn Province and Mae Klong Tank Farm in Samut Songkhram Province. We expanded our tank farms to eight locations and more than 700 gas stations around the country.

About this position

The Coffee World Marketing_Senior Beverage Management Team lead is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote beverage products, increase brand visibility, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our beverage products, increase brand visibility, and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform marketing decisions and strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
• Manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution and analysis, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
• Create compelling content for various platforms such as social media, company websites, and print advertising to engage target audiences.
• Monitor and manage the budget for marketing projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing detailed reports to senior management and recommending improvements.
• Stay abreast of new trends in the beverage industry and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to keep the company at the forefront of the sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the beverage industry.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the consumer insight, data analytics lifecycle and data insight presentation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
