Over 20 years ago, on March 21, 1988, we started as Paktai Chueplerng Company Limited. Our mission was to operate tank farms and distribute gas for the community, the fishing industry and factories, starting from the south of Thailand. Later, the name was changed to PTG Energy Public Company Limited and our business shifted to provide high quality ready-made gas under the brand PT. From two tank farms, Chumporn Tank Farm in Chumporn Province and Mae Klong Tank Farm in Samut Songkhram Province. We expanded our tank farms to eight locations and more than 700 gas stations around the country.

About this position

To plan, formulate strategies and guidelines for Human Resource Management operation, supervise, monitor and provide advice to internal departments and business units in terms of people management, HR Policies communication, Organizational Development, Talent management, and Succession Planning, Recruitments and Manpower Planning, also Employer branding, Employee Value Proposition, and Corporate Culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Implement effective performance management systems to ensure employees meet business objectives.
• Design and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Create succession plans to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain employees.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Lead initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage change processes to support business transformations and growth.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
• Implement programs to ensure all employees feel valued and included.
• Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and improve data management.
• Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of HR leadership, with at least 5 years in Management Level experience, with a focus on transformation workplace.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and understanding of modern HR concepts, tools, and implementation such as career development, performance management, and People Analytics.
• Has direct experience in HR emphasized in Human resource management, organization development, Talent Management & Succession Planning, HRBP, Employer Branding, and Corporate Culture.
• Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and industrial regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, diversity, equity.
