About this position
Responsibilities
• Take full responsibilities for recruitment project, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and salary negotiations.
• Work closely with global teams to gain deep understanding of their needs and highly integrate the key competencies of recruiting positions.
• Analyse data and implement process improvements across the recruitment function.
• Develop and maintain varieties of recruitment channels.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' recruiting experience in relevant fields, working experience in international companies will be a plus.
• Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes. Talent mapping will be a plus.
• Good English skills both at written and oral, being able to participate in English interviews is a must. Chinese will be a plus.
• Self-driven, good interpersonal and communication skill.
