Assistant Sales Manager
About this position
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction
• Actively listen to clients, understand their business needs and objectives, and work to tailor services or products to meet those needs
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling products or services to meet client needs and boost revenue
• Work on strategies for client retention, addressing potential churn factors, and developing solutions to maintain long-term relationships
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, sales, or a related field; experience in telco industry is often preferred
• Easygoing and willing to communicate with others
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think on your feet and address client concerns effectively
• Ability to work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to coordinate account activities
