The Promotion Manager is responsible for collaborating with various teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, manage advertising efforts, and optimize promotional tools to enhance market reach.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.
• Develop and launch various promotional tools such as discounts, samples, contests, and coupons across multiple channels.
• Manage advertising campaigns, including planning, media buying, and coordination with agencies.
• Oversee and approve creative content, including copy and media for promotional efforts.
• Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of ads, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Identify potential markets and work with sales teams to generate ideas for campaigns and pitches.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing or promotion roles within FMCG, with proven experience in managing large-scale promotional campaigns.
• Ability to create engaging and innovative promotional ideas that resonate with the target audience.
• Strong skills in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Proficient in managing multiple campaigns and timelines, with excellent organizational skills.
