About this position

The Packing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing the packing process to ensure products are packaged correctly and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage packing process to ensure products are packaged correctly and in accordance with quality standards
• Ensure that packing process runs efficiently & in accordance with the production schedule
• Arrange work schedule & manage manpower allocation in the packing area

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or related field
• Preferably have experience in FMCG or Food industry
• Possess basic knowledge of Food Technology, Food Safety, Raw Material, Candy technology & others
• Knowledge of occupational safety standards & industry regulatory compliance
• Willing to placement in Karanganyar Central Java
