About this position

The position of Teknisi involves receiving and repairing units from consumers, checking warranties, and conducting initial damage analysis. They are also responsible for coordinating with relevant technicians, sales teams, and administrative staff, updating data regularly, sending daily repair reports to superiors, assisting the call center team with technical product issues, preparing and arranging unit shipments after repairs to consumers, dealers, or branches, ensuring that the repair service process can be completed quickly, and being based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Receive and repair units from consumers, check warranties, and conduct initial damage analysis.
• Inspect and identify return units from sales and coordinate with relevant technicians, sales teams, and administrative staff.
• Update data regularly.
• Send daily repair reports to superiors.
• Assist the call center team with technical product issues.
• Prepare and arrange unit shipments after repairs to consumers, dealers, or branches.
• Ensure that the repair service process can be completed quickly.

Requirements

• Minimum education of SMK Electrical Engineering, D3 / S1 graduates are preferred.
• Experience in repairing Electronic Home Appliances (TV).
• Familiar with using Multimeter & Soldering Iron.
• Understand how to read Circuit Diagrams.
• Able to drive a car and have an active SIM A.
