Product Trainer Staff (AC)
About this position
Product Trainer Staff (AC) is responsible for providing detailed training on products, compiling training materials, supporting sales teams, testing new products, updating knowledge, conducting presentations, and compiling training reports and evaluations.
Responsibilities
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
• Translate needs into training that will prepare employees for the next step in their career path.
• Develop annual training programmes and prepare teaching plans.
• Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, tools, and manuals.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Acclimate new employees to the business and conduct orientation sessions Deliver training courses.
• Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure the incorporation of skills and techniques taught into employee work behaviour.
• Evaluate ongoing programmes periodically to ensure that they reflect any changes.
• Keep abreast of new trends and tools in employee development.
Requirements
• Proven experience in designing various training events in a corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
• Considerable knowledge of learning management software.
• Understanding of traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Understanding of talent management and succession planning.
• Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and calculate training ROI.
• Good decision-making and organisational skills.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training or related field.
