Management Trainee (Chinese Speaker Skill)
About this position
The Management Trainee (MT) program aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders within the organization through a combination of on-the-job training, mentorship, and formal education.
Responsibilities
• Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of the business, including operations, sales, finance, human resources, and customer service.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
• Rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how each area functions and contributes to the overall success of the company.
• Work on specific projects within each department to gain hands-on experience.
• Analyze project outcomes and prepare reports to present to senior management.
• Lead and assist in projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and meeting of objectives.

• Regularly meet with mentors and managers to review progress, receive feedback, and discuss career development plans.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
