Key Account Manager (MTI)
About this position
The Key Account Manager (MTI) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Key Accounts in the Modern Trade Independent format, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various internal teams.
Responsibilities
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Key Accounts Modern Trade Independent format.
• Addressing and resolving Key Accounts and Distributor's problems.
• Ensure preparation and execution of completions assortment and new products plans every accounts.
• Acting as the main point of contact between Key Accounts and internal teams.
• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising Marketing, Sales/Operation, and Logistic department.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and users.
• Collaboration and preparation promotion plan and store activations with Trade Marketing department.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• Technical Competency: Proficient in Retail technology, forecast, communication.
• Language Competency: English proficiency will be prioritized.
• Experience: minimum 5 years in MT Independent Account.
• Preferable from ice cream industry or from FMCG with multi distributor operating model.
• Able to work under pressure and handling complexity.
• High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
• Placement: Penjaringan, Pluit, North Jakarta.
