Business Development Trainee (Sales Trainee)
About this position
The Business Development Trainee (Sales Trainee) will assist the Regional Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving business objectives, with a significant focus on fieldwork and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy, order plan, sales plan and achieve company target & business objective
• 80% time spend in the field; coaching, monitoring, development and ensure operational excellent
• Excellent in designing PJP (Journey Plan), territory management and control
• To ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program
• New Open Outlet (NOO) Acquisition, both of General Trade (GT) and Local Supermarket (MTI)
• Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset/unproductive assets in the future
• Able to provide the required data and information as well as to analyze them for further improvement.
Requirements
• Fresh Graduate Bachelor's Degree with IPK minimum 3.00
• Experiences: Fresh Graduate, have minimum one year experience are also welcome to apply
• Have passion in sales and willing to travel all over Indonesia city
• Language Skills: English is a must, Mandarin is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Placement: willing for placement all around Indonesia.
