About this position

Responsible for leading network investment business case implementation review (Post-Mortem) and ensuring overall network investment aligns with business objectives, including areas of improvement and providing insights for future initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading network investment business case implementation review (Post-Mortem) - as well as anchor for network investment audit.
• Ensure overall network investment on-track with business objectives, including areas of improvement and providing insights for future initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth post-mortem analysis of network investments, assessing projected vs actual outcomes, in terms of, but not limited to, cost structure, performance, revenue, market-share.
• Develop data-driven insights to identify value-generating opportunities, efficiency improvements, and maximize ROI of network investments.
• Produce executive-level reports and presentations, highlighting findings, strategic recommendations, and lesson-learned for future network development strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Network Planning, Operations, etc for data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT or Finance.
• 5+ years experiences in telecommunication industry, telecom projects analysis, or network cost management.
• Understanding in telco network infrastructure, such as RAN, Transport, Core, etc.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with high degree of self initiative.
• Able to work with minimum supervision with high quality result.
