About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the medium enterprise segment that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medium enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product development and service teams to ensure that offerings align with the unique needs and preferences of medium enterprise clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the medium enterprise segment.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to sales and account management teams focused on the medium enterprise segment.
• Oversee financial aspects of the medium enterprise segment, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and executive leadership.
• Responsible for ensuring the requirements of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units.
