About this position

The Area Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing marketing activities in the Bandung area, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and conducting market research.

Responsibilities

• Perform control functions in the field that includes conducting a joint visit or inspection
• Conduct survey visits and mapping up to date when the join visit and the division area
• Conduct a survey to market their products/competitors including new products, prices, promotions, and programs that are running (each outlet)
• Survey outlets, Modern Trade, and retail for the development of territories/additions to rayon.
• Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings.
• Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
• Evaluate marketing achievements by referring to the success metrics that have been set.
• Responsible for all marketing campaigns across all channels
