About this position

The Staff Research & Development position involves developing new and existing products according to market needs, setting production process standards, collaborating with other departments, and leading the R&D team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing products according to market needs
• Set production process standards according to Company SOP
• Set product quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments for effective task implementation
• Source raw materials and information for new product development from vendors/suppliers
• Monitor team performance
• Lead and manage the R&D team, provide guidance, collaborate, and foster innovation culture

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacist), Food Technology, and Chemistry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Herbal and Cosmetic fields
• Understand the workflow of developing new and existing products (from raw material selection, product analysis to product marketing)
• Experience and knowledge in formulation development, product analysis, and determining product shelf life
• Strong leadership qualities
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work in a team, individually, honest, meticulous, and communicative
• Willing to be placed in Sleman
• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this position
• Applicants must have an ID card
• Desired salary: Rp3,000,000 per month
