About this position
The Sales & Marketing Maklon position involves promoting and marketing cosmetic, herbal, and food contract manufacturing services to target markets, acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with existing clients, expanding business networks, analyzing market information, maintaining confidentiality, following up on sales agreements, preparing marketing and sales reports, and developing innovative sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market cosmetic, herbal, and food contract manufacturing services to target markets.
- Acquire new customers for contract manufacturing.
- Achieve predetermined sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and expand business networks.
- Analyze market information and potential business opportunities to develop innovative, creative, competitive, and profitable sales strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client projects.
- Follow up on sales agreements until payment is processed.
- Prepare periodic marketing and sales activity reports.
- Develop innovative ideas to overcome marketing and sales challenges and obstacles, as well as to develop sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic, herbal, or food contract manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cosmetic, home care, personal care, herbal, and food product formulations.
- Own transportation for operational purposes is a plus.
- Active, creative, innovative, team-oriented, and target-oriented.
- High motivation, agility, responsibility, perseverance, and willingness to work hard.
- High loyalty to the company.
- Proficient in using computers: Excel and Word.
- Honest and responsible.
