Brand Manager
About this position
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that align with the business’s overall goals while managing marketing campaigns and collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the business’s overall goals.
• Conduct research and analysis to maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, competitors, and consumer trends.
• Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns to bolster brand awareness and loyalty.
• Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with different departments, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive and effective market presence.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
• Manage budgets, ensuring all branding activities are within allocated financial plans.
• Monitor and report on brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Work closely with external agencies including advertising and research firms to enhance the brand's marketing efforts.
• Maintaining consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms, aligning with the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• Executing marketing initiatives in conjunction with sales objectives and campaigns.
• Coordinating market launches of new products or services along with planned marketing strategies.
• Tracking consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and developing plans based on these insights.
• Handling the brand's public relations and overseeing the communication on platforms including social media.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a similar field may be preferred.
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, media channels, and branding.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
