About this position

The Affiliate Marketing / KOL Specialist is responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with affiliates, negotiating agreements, and optimizing affiliate performance to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain existing relations through ongoing and intensive contact with Affiliates
• Responsible for negotiation with new affiliates and closing agreements
• Understand the business model and aim to meet all the objectives as they are set by management
• Responsible for managing and analyzing affiliates daily for affiliate optimization
• Monitor, analyze, and optimization of data
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any other relevant industry
• Min. 3 years proven experience in an Affiliate role ideally within the E-Commerce industry
• Strong background and knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry
• Good management and systematic thinking
• Able to work independently, under pressure & fast pace
