About this position

The Senior Purchasing Garment is responsible for researching potential vendors, tracking orders, reviewing product quality, inputting order details, maintaining records, and preparing reports on purchases.

Responsibilities

• Research potential vendors, especially for fabric, material for clothing and accessories.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Input order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
