About this position

The Marketing Communication position requires a skilled individual to prepare strategic plans, implement promotional programs, and possess strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Able to prepare strategic plans and monthly and annual reports
• Able to implement promotion and branding programs
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Have knowledge of all processes regarding events, event production, awareness, etc
• Understand inbound and outbound marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, minimum in marketing, business, communication science, or economics
• Work experience in marketing, minimum 3-5 years
• Communication, management, digital literacy, and digital marketing skills
• Soft skills such as collaboration, leadership, adaptability, empathy, and organization
• Ability to manage marketing budget
• Ability to keep up to date with marketing trends, consumer preferences, and new technologies
• Ability to understand and fulfill customer needs and preferences
• Ability to use marketing tools and technologies, such as marketing automation and analytics
• Ability to set clear goals and KPIs for marketing campaigns
• Ability to think analytically, problem solve, and detail oriented
