Responsibilities
• Responsible for making recommendations for ICP Tele Collection teamwork strategies,
• Carrying out control & monitoring regarding ICP consumer repayment discount offers and monitoring their achievements.
Requirements
• Min S1 with GPA Min. 2.75 from all majors,
• Minimum 1 year experience in Telemarketing/SPV/Head or at least 3 years' experience in Telemarketing Staff,
• Understand the contact center & multi finance industry, especially in the field of Telemarketing,
• Familiar in using Microsoft Office & Google Workspaces,
• Have a good leadership, communication, and negotiation skill,
• Have a strong analytical thinking, fast & flexible learner, and good under pressure,
• Willing to be place at Tangcity Mall - Tangerang, Banten.
