Brand Executive
About this position
The Brand Executive will support the development and management of the brand portfolio, including new product launches and brand performance activities.
Responsibilities
• Supporting the development and management of brand portfolio, including new product launch, product renovation, and or seasonal extensions
• Manage day-to-day brand activities including market assessment, competitor movement assessment, supporting the forecasting activities, etc
• Plan & assess brand building activities to sustain brand performance in market (ATL, BTL, route-to-market, e-commerce performance, etc.)
• Conduct marketing mix planning & development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor brand operationalization
• Conduct administration duties related to brand operationalization
Requirements
• Ideally, 1 year of marketing experience within brand/marketing in the FMCG industry (preferably haircare/skincare). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of FMCG market, competitive landscape, and consumer in Indonesia
• Possess high interest in brand and marketing management
• Sales, Brand or Digital Marketing experience would be a real win!
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to details
• Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
• Positive attitude and a problem solving, solutions-focused approach and commit to grow
• Flexible and agile with ability to work under pressure and in a timely manner
• Great analytical skill with good business acumen
