About this position

The Site Manager position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in the field, and proficiency in autoCAD, S-Curve, Microsoft Office, Land Desktop, and Civil3D. The ideal candidate should have managerial experience in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Willing to be placed in the office or field
• Discipline and work hard
• Responsible with work & have a leadership spirit
• Have extensive knowledge about the spec and quality of building materials and can read technical drawings
• Expertise in Earthwork is a Plus
• Expert in Land Grading & Cut and Fill Work
• Make a daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Able to coordinate and communicate with colleagues, clients and workers well, including coordinating with local residents on each project
• Prepare, control and complete the project according to the specifications and schedule that have been determined properly
• Able to create a method of implementing a job
• Control budget for each project

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): autoCAD, S-Curve, Microsoft Office, Land Desktop, Civil3D
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
