SPV Business Development
About this position
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing business development activities, identifying new business opportunities, formulating strategies, and strengthening relationships with potential clients and partners. As a supervisor, you will work closely with your team to develop and implement plans that support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
• Individual contributor for client acquisition
• Responsible for meeting new clients
• Negotiating and lending high-impact strategic partnership/improvement
• Maintain the monthly target for every portfolio
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in sales/marketing or relevant discipline with minimum 3 years at the same industry and position of working experience, partnership, or relationship management lending, preferably in B2B and SMEs.
• Understanding of financial products.
• Detail oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong analytical, result oriented, and data oriented.
• Sense of urgency for incident resolution.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
• Fast learner, self-driven, and outgoing personality.
• Persistent, able to work as a team and perform well in an under pressure working condition.
