About this position
We’re looking for Lead Instrumentation and Control System Engineer (contract based) to join our Indonesia team. You will be responsible to deliver instrumentation engineering services that meet Worley’s, our customer’s, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
The Role Responsibilities Include
• Responsible for safe working practices both personally and in their designs, using the Worley framework.
• Ensure they understand and apply the Worley quality management system.
• Perform design/engineering work and deliverables within the Instrumentation and Control System team.
• Develop project deliverables to include documents as piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), instrument lists, specification forms, location plans, cable schedules, installation details, loop diagrams, elementary diagrams, and operating instructions.
• Help and advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. For example, write requisitions and conduct technical bid evaluations.
• Coordinate CAD designer time and scope for project document creation and modification.
• Deliver instrumentation engineering services that meet Worley’s, our customer’s, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications on time and within budget.
• Support scope definition, estimation, and progress control of Instrumentation and Control System Engineering activities.
• Utilize Instrumentation and Control System Engineering software and have a working knowledge of Instrumentation and Control System 3D modelling programs such as Aveva E3D and Smart 3D.
• Ensure project scope, budgets and schedules for construction are effectively communicated and met on projects.
• Mentoring and supervision of construction supervisors.
Requirements
Job Specific Knowledge:
• A sound knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the instrument engineering.
