The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control processes in the FMCG industry, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities
• To ensure all testing of incoming raw materials & packaging materials is carried out according to procedures
• Monitoring calibration of all equipment, including calibration schedule
• Analyze and create root cause analysis reports for each customer feedback (CSO)
• Ensure all documentation for equipment calibration, RM & PM inspections well documented
• Monitoring overall process conducted by following hygiene and safety practices
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy/Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Quality Control (supervisory role is preferred) especially in FMCG Industry
• Good knowledge for laboratory equipment's
• Good understanding for GMP/CPKB & QC 7 Tools
• Required Skill(s): Good analytical, problem-solving skills, hard working, good team work
• English minimum passive
• Willing to work at Salatiga
