About this position

The Admin Sales position involves managing, monitoring, and maintaining the performance of distributors and the team area, collecting reports from distributors and the team area, handling distributor program claims, communicating with external parties, and preparing weekly/monthly work reports.

Responsibilities

• Memanage, monitoring dan maintenance kinerja distributor dan team area
• Mengumpulkan laporan dari distributor dan team area
• Merekap klaim-klaim program distributor untuk ditindaklanjukan ke bagian finance
• Menjalin Komunikasi dengan eksternal
• Membuat laporan kerja mingguan/bulanan

Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
• Berpengalaman di bidang administrasi FMCG minimal 2 tahun
• Mahir komputer minimal Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Exel, Power Point)
• Disiplin, Jujur, Insiatif, Tanggung Jawab dan Cekatan
• Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Medan
