About this position
Responsibilities
• Melaksanakan semua tugas sesuai sistem dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh Perusahaan untuk mencapai sasaran Perusahaan.
• Menyusun rencana kerja.
• Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan ketersediaan & visibilitas penuh di toko/outlet yang ditugaskan dengan semua kategori produk.
• Mampu mengatasi dan menangani masalah terkait toko/outlet.
• Mampu mengelola dan memberikan dukungan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan SPG & MD.
• Menjalin dan mengelola hubungan dengan manajemen toko/outlet.
• Mendorong Team Sales (MD & SPG) mencapai target penjualan.
• Memastikan aktivitas program promosi berjalan sesuai dengan rencana.
Requirements
• Pendidikan min D3/ S1 semua jurusan, IPK min. 3.00.
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Sales Supervisor, min 2 tahun di bidang distribusi channel/ consumer goods, khususnya Channel Modern Trade.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, teliti, pekerja keras, disiplin.
• Mampu bekerja mandiri dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan.
• Menguasai Komputer (MS Word & MS Excel).
• Mempunyai SIM C & kendaraan roda 2.
• Bersedia untuk Penempatan di Medan.
