About this position

Posisi Staff General Affair bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola berbagai aspek administratif dan operasional dalam perusahaan, khususnya terkait dengan pengadaan dan dokumentasi.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pembuatan Purchase Request Vendor
• Melakukan monitoring pemenuhan barang dari Purchase Request Vendor yang telah dibuat
• Memproses pengajuan Payment Voucher ke Divisi Finance
• Melakukan proses dokumentasi general affair

Requirements

• Pendidikan, S1 Semua Jurusan
• Mampu Berkomunikasi Dengan Baik Secara Lisan
• Mempunyai Pengalaman Min. 2 Thn General Affair Di Alat Berat
• Penempatan (Banjarmasin)
