About this position
Responsibilities
• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
• Drive the Branch’s overall KPI, revenue generation and optimization of cost
• Ensure full compliance of all regulatory and internal governance, drive service excellence and act as a role model in protecting the company reputation
• Control Branch activities to build team spirit and teamwork among employees.
• Ensure branch sales optimization and cost efficiency operation
Requirements
• Have experience as of Branch Manager Industry Distribution (PBF) or FMCG Industry minimum of 3 years
• Have experience for control Sales, Finance and supply chain
• Deep understanding of BPOM knowledge
• Able to process data and percentages using MS. office
• Education minimum Bachelor's degree all mayor
