About this position

The IAP Supervisor in Banda Aceh is responsible for achieving sales goals and managing market activities while analyzing performance metrics to enhance sales achievements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve sales goal
• Responsible to control activity of market
• Analyzing monthly KPI's Performance to find issue and improvement for increase sales achievement
• Responsible and report to Superior
• Manage control stock distribution, sell in and sell out
• Willing to be placed to all area in Indonesia

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or Equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields in FMCG Company is necessary
• Required skills: Strategical Thinking, Analytical Skill, Management Skill, Communication Skill, Leadership Skill, Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with Banda Aceh area
• Adapt personality and able to work with multiple stakeholder
