About this position

The Area Sales Supervisor Jabodetabekser is responsible for achieving sales goals and managing market activities in the Jabodetabekser area, with a focus on strategic thinking and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve sales goal
• Responsible to control activity of market
• Analyzing monthly KPI's Performance to find issue and improvement for increase sales achievement
• Manage control stock distribution, sell in and sell out
• Responsible and report to Superior
• Willing to be placed to all area in Indonesia

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related fields in FMCG Company is necessary. Experience Handling Bekasi area is a must
• Required skills: Strategical Thinking, Analytical Skill, Management Skill, Communication Skill, Leadership Skill, Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with Jabodetabekser area
• Adapt personality and able to work with multiple stakeholder
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator Specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
