About this position

The Retail Lender Specialist (Relationship Manager) is responsible for acquiring new lender users, managing their lending performance, and enhancing their overall experience through effective communication and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Sales acquisition of potential new lender users
• Manage the acquired lender user lending performance
• Communicate & engage with acquired lender users about the user experience
• Create a report of the acquisition & lending performance
• Create & execute engagement plan to increase acquisition & lending performance

Requirements

• Has a strong potential lender inventory
• Has a fintech lending industry experience, especially crafting retail lender strategy
• Achieved a great performance in acquiring potential lender users & increasing lending portfolio
• Possess a good communication skill (Good English preferred)
• Result oriented
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
