PT Tri Sapta jaya, was established in 1990 and operates in the distribution sector for pharmaceutical and health care products, expands pharmaceutical distribution to secondary city market segments and more remote areas. until now PT Tri Sapta Jaya has 23 branches spread all over Indonesia

About this position

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola transaksi kas dan memastikan semua pembayaran dan penerimaan dicatat dengan akurat.

Responsibilities

• Membuat payment receipt atas tagihan dari salesman yang sudah disetujui dan ditandatangani FAS/FAC dan kepala cabang.
• Menyimpan dan menyetor uang tunai, cek dan giro hasil tagihan untuk dikliringkan ke bank.
• Melakukan arsip receipt voucher, payment voucher, daftar tagihan, print out laporan harian kas/bank dan rekonsil harian.
• Memastikan pembayaran Mospay yang masuk di mutasi bank terbentuk daftar tagihan Mospay.
• Memeriksa laporan kas/bank dari print out oracle dengan fisik uang.

Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma Akuntansi.
• Menguasai Ms. Office (terutama Ms. Excel).
• Memiliki daya analisa yang kuat dan teliti.
• Berpengalaman di industri farmasi (lebih di sukai).
• Penempatan untuk cabang GORONTALO.
