About this position
Responsibilities
• Memeriksa & memonitor all PR yang masuk sesuai kebutuhan kapal
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan supplier rekanan lainnya untuk kelancaran system logistic perusahaan
• Mencari penawaran terbaik dan meminimalkan biaya dalam sistem logistic dengan tetap memperhatikan kualitas, waktu delivery term payment dan pergerakan kapal
• membuat laporan PO/WO setiap bulannya
• Melaksanakan pembelian dan melakukan supply logistic kapal sesuai dengan PR yg sudah disetujui
• Mengecheck kondisi barang yg akan di beli sesuai dengan permintaan dan spesifikasi/katalognya
• Memonitor dan mememanastikan supply barang di terima oleh pengguna barang dalam keadaan baik dan sesuai dan benar
• Mendokumentasikan secara baik seluruh project pembelian dan pengiriman barang / logistic perusahaan
• Memastikan all document komplit sesuai SOP Finance untuk guna memperlancar proses payment
Requirements
• Pendidikan S 1 Teknik Perkapalan
• Memiliki Pengalaman Min. 5 Tahun Supervisor Procurement (Shipping Company)
• Menguasai pengetahuan di bidang Purchasing & Report invoice
• Terampil dalam kemampuan negosiasi dan mencari barang
• Menguasai power point, Exel, word dan report
• Memiliki Integritas dan komunikasi skill yang baik
