About this position
The Specialist Std. Job Dev. & Solutions is responsible for developing maintenance contract rates, defining standard jobs, and ensuring resource requirements for service agreements are met.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and calculating maintenance contract rates (MARC, Complex CVA and Rental).
• Responsible for defining standard jobs into long term resource requirements for service agreements, based on marketing's prioritization and ensuring resource requirement quality and competitiveness.
• Responsible for defining TU Reman rebuild strategies, standard jobs, initial costing and managing TU Reman rebuild strategy update and standard job changes.
• Accountable and responsible for defining maintenance template readiness for OLGA dealer strategy.
• Responsible for developing and calculating lifecycle maintenance costing related to the technical condition of a unit for marketing and sales team (i.e., for PP prospect).
• Accountable and responsible for defining resource requirements for standard jobs are available in SAP Service Order Template.
• Responsible for building CCR Templates for Machine Rebuild Centre (MRC).
• Responsible for developing Machine (CAT and non-CAT) Maintenance Templates for Standard Job Readiness.
Requirements
• Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering (Prefer major).
• GPA minimum 2.75.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Equipment Management Including Field (MARC Mining).
