Sales Representative PS
About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for handling commercial negotiation with customers including negotiation of price, terms and conditions, and Warranty claim disputes.
• Responsible for responding to inquiry / requests on customers’ Product Support needs, coordinating with Parts, Service, and EM division to support Customers’ needs.
• Responsible for gathering, assessing, prioritizing and following up on leads (incl. from OLGA) and convert those leads to Sales.
• Responsible for informing Sales Manager/ Supervisor on changes to Customer’s Machine location and maintenance plan.
• Responsible for raising forecast for committed demand stocking based on Customer’s needs.
• Responsible for resolving AR disputes (e.g., due to documentation issues) for transactions at the Branch.
• Responsible for inspecting equipment, create visit report and update customer MEP database.
• Responsible for developing customer visit plan, visit customers face-to-face at branch and build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and business goals.
• Accountable for ensuring committed demand forecast is accurate and changes on forecast communicated.
• Accountable for ensuring accuracy of sales document (e.g., PO) and follow up with customers to resolve discrepancy.
• Accountable for ensuring standardized treatments and offerings across accounts.
• Accountable for managing Customer transaction journey from lead-to-cash (e.g., receiving PO, giving customers updates on order status).
• Accountable for ensuring achievement of PS Sales target and manage relationship with the assigned accounts.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 in All Major/ Engineering/ Sales Representative major.
• GPA minimum 2.75.
• Minimum 1 years experience in Freshgraduates (External Candidates)/ Heavy Equipment/ Mechanic (Internal Candidates)/ Salesman (External Candidates)/ Service/ Equipment Management Analyst (Internal Candidates)/ Technician (Internal Candidates)/ Warehouseman (Internal Candidates)/ Working Experience.
