Sales Executive PS
About this position
The Sales Executive PS is responsible for achieving sales targets and managing relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring a smooth customer transaction journey and accurate sales documentation.
Responsibilities
• Accountable for ensuring achievement of PS Sales target and manage relationship with the assigned accounts.
• Accountable for managing Customer transaction journey from lead-to-cash (e.g., receiving PO, giving customers updated on order status).
• Accountable for ensuring standardized treatments and offerings across accounts.
• Accountable for ensuring accuracy of Sales document (e.g., quotation, PO, invoice) and follow up with Customers to resolve discrepancy.
• Accountable for ensuring committed demand forecast is accurate and changes on forecast communicated.
• Responsible for providing inputs to Site Leader on PS Sales budgeting.
• Responsible for developing Customer visit plan, visit Customers face-to-face at Site and build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and business goals.
• Responsible for inspecting equipment, create visit report and update Customer MEP database.
• Responsible for gathering, assessing, prioritizing, and following up on leads (including from OLGA) and covert those leads to Sales.
• Responsible for responding to inquiry/ requests on Customers Product Support needs, coordinating with Parts, Service and EM division to support customers needs.
• Responsible for handling commercial negotiation with Customers including of price, terms and conditions, and Warranty claim disputes.
• Responsible for resolving AR disputes (e.g., due to documentation issues) for transactions at the Site.
• Responsible for raising forecast for committed demand stocking based on customers needs and provide feedback to HO on changes to changes in committed demand forecast (e.g., cancellation, delay) major fleet movement and Customers maintenance plan.
• Responsible for informing Sales Manager/ Supervisor on changes to Customers Machine location and maintenance plan.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 in All Major/ Engineering/ Sales Executive major.
• GPA minimum 2.75.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Heavy Equipment/ Salesman in Industry Automotive (External Candidate/ Salesman in Industry Customer Industry to be Handled/ Salesman in Industry Heavy Equipment (External Candidate.
