About this position

The Analyst Technology position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in analysis and involves various responsibilities related to project management, team supervision, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Implement to provide report related plan, schedule, task, project deliverable, achievement, scorecard, evaluation of related team or crew or subordinate also customer perspective.
• Monitoring and evaluation process, result of activity team or crew or subordinate related performance achievement.
• Identify team or crew or subordinate have commitment with safety activity, contamination control and regulation company and all standard procedure.
• Responsible to completing all document related service administration and technical jobs process refer to st.
• Supervise team to or crew or subordinate to improve engagement.
• Responsible for supervising team or crew or subordinate to self study and sharing knowledge to others according to improve capability.
• Responsible for identifying to create procedure and guidelines related technology require.
• Responsible for supervising team or crew or subordinate involve with Continues Improvement program as part of development.
• Responsible for implementing request quotation, ordering, monitoring and deliverable parts request, related to project or maintenance requirement refer to standard manual or procedure.
• Responsible for supervising team or crew or subordinate involve and active with maintenance process performance.
• Responsible for identifying team or crew or subordinate to have good communication or network with customer and related team.
• Responsible for monitoring customer issues or concerns related deliverable minestar system, projects and technology.
• Responsible for checking information related issues minestar and deliver to team or crew or subordinate proper and clearly.
• Responsible for monitoring activity team or crew or subordinate, conduct evaluation, make action plan and recommendation.
• Responsible for supervising team or crew or subordinate related development plan.
• Responsible for analyzing process effectiveness to achieve target and align with business requirement.
• Responsible for improving performance minestar system against with target require customer and department.
• Responsible for monitoring achievement billable hours team or crew or subordinate and analyze issue related lost billable.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering/ Informatics Engineering/ Information Technology (IT)/ Mechanical Engineering/ System Information major.
• GPA minimum 2.75.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Analyst/ Minestar Product/ Service.
