About this position
The HR Staff position involves managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and organizing training programs for new employees.
Responsibilities
• Handles end-to-end recruitment process
• Sources candidates from several recruitment talent sources
• Posts, updates and removes job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks
• Schedules interview and test invitations to selected candidates and users
• Interview candidates with Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) technique
• Analyze training needs (Training Needs Analysis)
• Reports candidates’ psychological test results
• Organizes training programs for new employees
• Reference and background checks potential candidates
• Psychological tests administration
• Other recruitment administrative responsibilities
Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in handling recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, or equivalent
• Experienced in administering psychological tests
• Proficient in using Ms Office application : Word, Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)
• Detail-Oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Highly motivated in learning new things
• Good problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Domicile in Jakarta
