The Inventory Head at TRS Group is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, preparing reports, controlling costs, training the team, and collaborating with other departments.
Responsibilities
• Audit and Data Accuracy: Ensure inventory data accuracy through regular audits, including Stock Take, Putaway Audit, Let Down Audit, Empty Audit, and Transfer Product, and identify and correct discrepancies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely inventory reports and analyze stock trends to support decision-making.
• Control operational costs and minimize stock shortages/overages.
• Train and direct the inventory team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth product flow.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing inventory in cold storage and 3PL environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
