HR Manager
About this position
PT Telmark Integrasi Indonesia is seeking an HR Manager to join their dynamic team and drive innovation in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and be able to align HR strategies with the organization's overall business goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance to management on HR matters and contribute to overall business strategy.
• Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, or process improvements. Partner with BOD/related division leader to manage the people aspects of change and ensure smooth transitions.
• Utilize HR analytics and data to measure and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance. Provide reports and insights to management to inform decision-making.
• Develop and lead talent management programs; including recruitment and selection; employee development and training; succession planning, and performance evaluation. Ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future needs.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll; talent acquisition; employee onboarding; performance management; compensation and benefits administration; employee relations; and HR information systems.
Requirements
• Bachelors/Magisters of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields
• HR Manager, HR specialist/ HR Business Partner in various role (recruitment, payroll, generalist) in BPO services management, large MP scope (>1000 employees)
• A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices of BPO services management; labor supply and related regulations; compensations and benefits; payroll and tax (preferable); talent acquisition (white/ blue collar); performance management, employee relations, and HR technology.
• Strong leadership skills; includes the ability to effectively manage a team; provide guidance and support; make strategic decisions for the organization; Excellent communication; problem-solving; decision-making skills
• Responsible for aligning HR strategies with the overall business goals of the organization; Ability to think critically and analytically
