Responsibilities
• Menangani Pertanyaan Customer Dari Panggilan Masuk / Chat / Email / Sosial Media
• Memberikan informasi yang akurat tentang produk/layanan, dan kebijakan
• Memberikan Layanan Prima Berdasarkan SOP
• Menyimpan catatan yang akurat tentang interaksi dan transaksi pelanggan dalam sistem
• Mencapai target dan KPI yang telah disepakati
Requirements
• Berpengalaman di bidang Contact Center (Call Inbound & Multichannel) Min. 1 tahun
• Keterampilan Komunikasi yang sangat baik
• Aware dengan kemajuan teknologi
• Berdomisili di Yogyakarta
• Bisa join segera
